Online Banking

Online banking gives you easy access to your account. Review your account information by signing in.

Statements will no longer be mailed. Access up to 6 months of your statement on the online banking portal. You may request a paper statement from our office if needed.

Hours of Operation

Monday - Thursday: 8:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Saturday & Sunday: Closed

 

We close at 12:00 p.m. on the last business day of every month for end of month reporting. Please note: Loans applications will not be accepted or processed on the last business day of the month.

ELECTRONIC LOAN APPLICATIONS

 

     We're Going Paperless!

At Chicago Fireman's Credit Union, we're excited to announce that we are transitioning from paper loan applications to electronic applications. This change will simplify and expedite the loan process for our members.

To ensure a smooth transition, we kindly request that all loan applicants fill out their applications online. Here's how:

1. Online Application

Please visit our website at chicagofiremansacu.org and navigate to the 'Loan Applications' section. Select the type of loan you wish to apply for and follow the instructions to complete the electronic application. Don't forget to hit the submit button to ensure your application is received!

2. Pay Stub Submission

In addition to the online application, we require a copy of your most recent pay stub for income verification. You can email it to CFMCU2@gmail.com or bring it with you when you visit our office.

If you encounter any difficulties or are unable to enter your application online, we have iPads available at our office for you to complete the process. Rest assured, our friendly staff will be there to assist you every step of the way.

If you choose not to fill out the application online, you can still visit our office to fill out the application online, sign the paperwork and collect your loan check. However, we highly recommend utilizing the online application for a faster and more convenient experience.

Welcome to Chicago Fireman’s Association Credit Union! We are a non-profit member-owned and controlled financial institution. Our mission is to provide members with the opportunity to establish financial stability by offering loan and share accounts. We strive to deliver the best possible services to all of our members without lowering our high level of standards while complying with State Rules and Regulations.

To become a member you must be in good standing with Local 2. We also accept Illinois IAFF Locals, and Associated Firefighters of Illinois. We are now accepting membership from the staff of the Fire Annuity and Local 2.
